Livestock and coral carry a live-arrival guarantee. Photograph the unopened bag on the day it lands, then write us before you acclimate if something is wrong.

Unopened dry goods can come back within 30 days for a refund of the item, not the freight.

Opened salt, used test kits, and livestock that arrived healthy are final sale. We will still help you keep them.
